  Don't waste your time buying from this Publix bakery. They don't know what they are doing. I've bought several Keylime Pies and had to return them because they make them with a regular crust and not the "as advertised" gram cracker crust, it tastes horrible! Could not serve it to my guest!! Also the breads always make me feel bloated after eating them. I have no idea what they are using in the them. If you buy from any other Publix it's always better. I think they need to fire the entire bakery crew and get people in who take pride in what they are doing and follow the Publix recipes like the others do.
