  I had a last minute change of plans after paying for a boat AND securing a $200.00 deposit. The manager, Derrick, was really not very accomodating. He had no power to make any accomodations or refund my moneies, blaming the "system".
  
  As a California business owner, I always take care of my clients to make sure their experience is first rate. Referral is the new way of assuring new bussiness.
  
  Following numerous phone conver sations, Derrick assured me he would send the release to my credit card company, via email, before the end of bussiness day. This did not happen.
  
  Now I have to get my banking and legal team involved.
  
  Very poor service in the finance area.
