  Took my car in the morning to have the oil changed and 2 tires put on. They called me around 4pm to tell me it was ready. When I arrived I paid then went outside to discover that they had not even installed the tires. I went back in to ask if they had even changed the oil. They insisted they had but who knows. They didn't even offer me a refund. I had to ask for my money back. Then barely an apology from the manager, but he did have plenty of excuses. Needless to say, I will not return. Incidently, the lady in front of me had just had the same experience after leaving her car all day.
