  Two stars for the coffee, but I was lucky because I used the last cup, that was 30 minutes after they open, they had more cups in the back, but nobody replaced them before they run out - lack of detail- . My wife start the procedure for a crown before Irma in Marco Island office knowing that the office is part of our insurance network - guess what, he is NOT - . Since the Marco island office is still closed and we already paid for the crown we drove to the Bonita office, we arrived 30 minutes early for a 9:30 appointment and my wife was checked in at 9:40 and out of the office at 10:30, most of the time was waiting .Very friendly staff but frozen computers along with others organizational and communication issues. I supposed to write this review after my own experience with the Marco office last year but Doctor Hernandez was smooth enough to make me give them a second chance. Maybe after this review they will fix some things, or not! With all the respect for the friendlynes, I would not recommend them to a friend!
