  I don’t normally write reviews but this one is a must. On a Wednesday night came to eat the employees treated me great, good food, and clean. On a Friday however went in after work tired/hungry the owner was cooking. He was so rude and slick attitude problem. For a owner he’s not a ppl person. He wanted to charge me for an extra sauce I never asked for. The look of attitude on his face was too much, I changed my mind about eating my food there that night. When I ordered my wings and he asked what flavor he said “for today please “ I don’t think I’m coming here ever again. I’ll drive to Naples if I have to.

  Ordered 20$ worth of wings and fries online. Got to the restaurant , paid and was told they would call me when ready. They were busy so I waited patiently. After 15 min I inquired about my order. Come to find out my order had been sitting around since about 5 min before I got there. I questioned them about the quality of food inside of my room temperature bag of wings. They said since i ordered them well done that they would hold up fine. To their credit they did offer to remake them but after wasting 15 min of my time I couldn't wait another 10min for a redo. Wings were cold soggy and any flavor anything had was overwhelmed by excessive salt. They were disgusting and most were discarded. OK, mistakes happen and I understand that. So I took the survey that the receipt invited me to take, asked them to contact me and left phone # and email. Over a week later I get a B.S.generic form letter email from the regional manager basically saying I should try them again. I guess he gets so many complaints he can't take the 5 min to respond to each of them individually. Not impressed

  I almost let the low ratings from others keep me from going here... I did enjoy their food. GIVE THIS PLACE A TRY. The employees do their best to make you happy and keep the place clean. it is an open kitchen, so you can see them cook it all. Nice seating outside, and inside as well. The place is usually quiet and has plenty of seating available, So i don't know what this other person is taking about. However, there is a reason they have a pretty low rating. Understand this, this place is different, and the company has to resolve some serious logistical issues if they want to impress everyone who walks thru those doors. The concept is brilliant, the problem is logistics, the company is being run wrong and to anyone who has worked in the food industry can tell.The food is good, and very affordable by LOCAL standards. They are open late, a rare thing around here. You can sit outside or inside, and its usually not crowded. Great employees, its the company or maybe the owner who is cheap and cutting corners. Love the concept, good employees, clean location.. i think the reason this place has a bad rating is a corporate issue because the food and concept and employees are great. Bad oversight and bad understanding of how the American costumer thinks,
